Full-Time Head of Marketing/CMO (iGaming)

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing/CMO. As the leader of the marketing department, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives within the SEA region.
2. Overseeing brand management and positioning to maintain consistency across all channels.
3. Directing digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
4. Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to inform marketing decisions.
5. Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.
6. Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business goals.
8. Developing and implementing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
9. Staying abreast of emerging marketing trends and technologies, adapting strategies accordingly.
10. Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Experience:

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the Southeast Asian market.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and technologies.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Thai or Bahasa Indonesia.
