The Go to Market (GTM) leader for Payer is a role that operates with ServiceNow’s customer-centric industry sales teams and other key functions (marketing, product, customer success, implementation partners) to identify and verticalize ServiceNow solutions for the AMS market and specific customers/buying centers.
Closely aligns with Payer account teams to seed and develop strategic opportunities.
Serves as the main point of contact for AMS-based Payer account sales teams, helping them connect with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
Improves messaging, communications, and experience with an industry-based lens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Focused Pipeline Development: Introduces and educates executives and senior leaders to ServiceNow through industry events, executive business reviews, leading to new pipeline creation.
- Sales Oriented Pipeline Progression: Partners with account executives to progress pipeline by infusing industry expertise (solutions, messaging) into account strategy, forming relationships with key buying center executives, and shortening deal lifecycles.
- Partner Development & Execution: Develops and maintains relationships with Payer practices within AMS partners to drive awareness, solution positioning, enablement, and customer development, accelerating customer-focused pipeline priorities.
- Solution Design and Enablement: Identifies new buying centers and use cases for ServiceNow solutions within Payer, partners with marketing to design and build solutions generating real value and enabling customer transformation.
- Analyze, Drive & Report on The Business: Analyzes ServiceNow Industry business trends, opportunities, needs, KPI impact, and movement against goals to feed customer efforts within the sector, utilizing data to influence behaviors.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Deep industry experience working for a large payer
- Knowledge of leveraging technology for payer industry transformation
- Customer-facing experience selling and delivering consulting services
- Prior Go-to-Market leadership in enterprise software
- Experience with AI integration
- Exceptional executive presentation skills
- Trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations
- Thought leadership content creation for an international audience
Compensation: $189,100 - $331,000 + equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years experience in the Payer Industry
- 5+ years at an Enterprise Software company focused on Payer accounts or a top tier consulting firm
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
