Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides administrative support to the talent acquisition process.
Facilitates logistical and recruitment activities for a specific client program or team.
Work Location: USA
Work Arrangement: Full remote
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm PST
Specific Requirements: Phone screening and scheduling is a must.
- Assists with the recruitment and interview process.
- Completes and reviews screening assessments, effectively screening candidates.
- Develops interview schedules for qualified candidates.
- Updates candidate statuses in ATS and other relevant systems.
- Schedules non-complex phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Keeps recruitment team updated on progress and escalates concerns.
- Provides other administrative support as needed.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a business or office environment.
- Customer service or administration preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Interest in recruitment.
Compensation: $28,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience, geography, and industry knowledge). Eligible for an annual bonus and benefits.
