Full-Time Home Care Acquisitions Manager

Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs) sign strategic, high-value home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple markets, targeting high-potential home care agencies.
• Educate potential agencies about A Place for Mom's value and referral programs.
• Sign on agencies meeting qualifications and regulatory requirements.
• Meet weekly KPIs and monthly goals.
• Ensure new agency onboarding success.
• Maintain detailed sales activity records in CRM.
• Maintain communication with Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and report weekly progress.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years sales experience (senior care or home care preferred)
• Hunter mentality
• Highly organized and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Personal sense of urgency and ability to overcome obstacles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Accurate data entry into CRM tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Data tracking, analysis, and CRM tools proficiency
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft & Google suites)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $82,500
