HRIS Analyst will support our growing organization by ensuring efficient, accurate HR systems aligned with business goals. The role is responsible for system maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, and HR data integrity.
HRIS Management & System Support
- Act as HRIS system expert, leveraging expertise in design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Paylocity modules.
- Maintain, support, and enhance HRIS systems; stay updated on features and functionalities, identifying process improvements.
- Oversee and maintain integrations with payroll, benefits, and other HR systems (e.g., Officevibe).
- Execute, support, and maintain configurations, transactions, and updates in HRIS to support the business.
- Collaborate with People Operations, People Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
- Support HR processes like benefits, compensation, payroll, recruiting, and performance management through Paylocity.
- Manage data integrity through regular audits and system updates.
- Execute and assist with system tasks for special projects and acquisitions.
- Create and maintain documentation for HR systems, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
- Create and modify Paylocity reports/dashboards/analytics based on business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, improvement areas, and inform strategic decisions.
User Support & Training
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for Paylocity, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Train the People & Culture team, operational leaders, and employees on HRIS functionality and self-service features.
Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate on company projects and programs (wellness, events, community outreach, compliance).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Skills/Abilities
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, data analytics, or HR technology
- BA Preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, Paylocity, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Data visualization and reporting expertise
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills (written and oral)
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
- People Management Skills (influence & de-escalation)
- Service-orientation and customer success mentality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
