Full-Time HubSpot Consultant - RevOps & Technical Strategy

Process Pro Consulting is seeking a strategic, client-facing HubSpot Consultant.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot projects.
• Translate business processes into strategic solutions.
• Build and optimize workflows, lead scoring models, pipelines and user roles.
• Guide clients through strategic planning and RevOps best practices.
• Drive CRM and data hygiene standards.
• Deliver clear documentation and training.
• Build advanced reports and dashboards.
• Identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and project timelines.

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Background in Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops.
• Experience as a strategic consultant.
• Strong technical expertise with CRM design, marketing automation, data migration, and reporting.
• Strategic mindset.
• Clear communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or digital agency.
• Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google Workspace.
• A knack for building scalable systems.
• HubSpot certifications.
