We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Manage employee onboarding processes and new hire orientations
- Administer benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to benefits and leave of absence
- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to HR initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; Associates Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS (Successfactor or Workday) and data entry, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Collaborative team player with a supportive and empathetic approach
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

- Salary range: $75,400 – $82,000 (estimated)
