Client Administrator – Investment Management
We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Investment Management team in Birmingham, responsible for providing full administrative support to Investment Managers, and building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

Hybrid working role (3 days in office per week).
- Work closely with Financial Planners/Investment Managers for excellent client outcomes.
- Build relationships and maintain regular client contact.
- Liaise with operational teams for support on activities (scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes).
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations (as required).
- Assist investment managers in new business pitches and presentations.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in financial services.
- Ambition to build a career with willingness to learn.
- Strong client service ethic.
- Strong (verbal & written) communication skills with relationship-building ability.
- Ability to fully plan workload & display excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to use judgment & reasoning to propose solutions.
- Knowledge of Investments, Pensions, & Life Assurance (preferred).
- Minimum Grade C in Maths (if associate).
