Full-Time Influencer Marketing Specialist (iGaming)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and collaborate with high-quality key influencers on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram, analyze statistics of the campaign effect
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize activation and content strategies
• Manage communications with influencers, provide necessary creatives, or brief the design team for creative needs
• Negotiate and finalize deals with influencers
• Source and conduct outreach to relevant influencers on a large scale

Requirements:

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
• Upper-Intermediate and above English proficiency
• Proven experience in influencer marketing
• Experience in networking with local affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and streamers
• Experience with revenue share models
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends in the iGaming market, particularly in the Indonesian context
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Creative mindset
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
