Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop the influencer marketing team within the affiliate department.
- Search for and onboard new influencer partners, closing deals under RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA models, including a fixed fee component (but not purely fixed deals).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with influencer traffic.
- 1+ year of experience as a Team Lead in influencer affiliate marketing.
- Willingness and proven ability to work with influencer traffic under RevShare, Hybrid, CPA models, including deals with a fixed fee component (but not purely fixed payment).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- English level B2 or higher.
