Full-Time Insurance Marketing Manager (B2B)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing programs (events, digital campaigns, etc.).
• Drive demand to achieve pipeline and team goals.
• Build strong relationships with sales and product teams.
• Manage marketing budgets.
• Evaluate marketing program impact and optimize campaigns.
• Present at quarterly business reviews.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders.
• Brief, conceptualize, create, and execute localized campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (ideally enterprise/SaaS).
• Insurance industry expertise or experience marketing to regulated industries.
• Proven track record in end-to-end marketing programs (digital campaigns, events, ABM).
• Strong collaboration experience with sales and product teams.
• Budget management and resource maximization skills.
• Data analysis and campaign optimization skills.
• Experience with external agencies and internal resources (designers, writers).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
• Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones.
