About the RoleWe’re looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to join our Global Paid Media & Campaigns team. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who can independently drive complex, multi-channel campaigns and proactively contribute to strategic planning. In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, and digital channels to drive pipeline.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Develop and own campaign roadmaps and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Content, SEO, Product Marketing, and other teams.
- Define key messages and how they evolve through the customer journey, ensuring that messaging resonates at each stage of the funnel.
- Decide which channels will deliver the most impact in driving prospects down the funnel, ensuring cross-channel alignment.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Drive campaign innovation by identifying new opportunities, technologies, and approaches to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and deliver detailed campaign reports, including insights and recommendations, to key stakeholders.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or B2B industries.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, demand generation, and digital marketing channels such as paid search, display, social media, and email marketing.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communicator with experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and familiarity with campaign tracking and attribution.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns that meet or exceed performance goals.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring team members.
Bonus Points for:
- Hands-on experience with Jira Project Management
- Experience marketing to an IT audience
- Experience with global campaign coordination and workflows, including working with regional teams for execution.
- Familiarity with biddable media strategies and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Ability to work a shifted schedule to accommodate various regional timezones
