Role: Integrated Campaigns Manager
Drive top-of-funnel acquisition for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
Collaborate with Product Marketing on quarterly product launches.
Manage the complete campaign lifecycle (concept to execution).
Orchestrate email nurture sequences to convert prospects to MQLs.
Partner with Sales to define qualification criteria, develop lead scoring models, and maximize conversion from MQL to SQL.
Implement data-driven personalization strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts (content, advertising, events).
Deliver campaign performance insights and report results weekly.
Required Experience: 3+ years of integrated B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology, targeting SMB and Mid-Market.
Skills: Expert in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot); strong execution mindset; excellent project management skills; data-driven approach; deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys.
Bonus: ABM strategies and account-based campaign execution for Mid-Market segments.
