We are seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead the development and execution of marketing programs for the Security and Risk buying group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Direct multi-million-dollar budget.
- Own program lifecycle.
- Ensure quality across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align stakeholders across brand, product marketing, field marketing, and leadership.
- Drive accountability for performance metrics.
- Performance Management & Optimization: Set and monitor program KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to scale programs.
- Creative Excellence & Messaging: Partner with Content Strategy to ensure elite-quality work.
Our ideal candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in marketing within a security and risk B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven success in executing multi-channel, persona-driven programs.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making.
- Curiosity for AI & Innovation.
