Full-Time Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper, you’ll reconcile accounts, categorize transactions, clear discrepancies, and deliver tidy, decision-ready financials—while keeping clients informed. You’ll grow quickly by supporting a portfolio of small businesses.

• Bookkeeping & Close: Categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, post journal entries, maintain general ledger hygiene, and prepare month-end submissions.
• Client Support & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answer questions, request documents, and share plain-English summaries.
• Rhythm & Reporting: Daily check-ins summarizing tasks, weekly 1:1s for goal progress, and hit portfolio-level KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of U.S. bookkeeping experience with SMBs.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and cloud workflows.
• Attention to detail and an ownership mentality.
• Coachability and tool comfort (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
• Clear and client-friendly English communication.
