You'll play a key role in post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion. You'll collaborate with the Growth Sales Team, Client Service, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients across various verticals.
- Advise clients on effective campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
- Ensure client success by providing regular reporting, strategic recommendations, and optimizations.
- Onboard new clients, providing training and support.
- Drive retention and growth by helping clients maximize StackAdapt's capabilities.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in creating support documentation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Real-Time Bidding/programmatic advertising (DSP, Ad Network).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or DSP self-serve.
- Proven success in managing client relationships.
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts.
- Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience providing training to clients.
