The Junior Sales Enablement & Design Specialist supports the Senior Sales Enablement & Design Specialist in producing high-quality sales materials for North America Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) commercial teams. This role emphasizes hands-on design execution, brand consistency, and timely delivery of client-facing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Production & Asset Creation: Build and refine sales presentations, one-pagers, eBooks, and visual assets based on approved templates and briefs.
- Translate complex insights into clean, on-brand visual narratives (charts, diagrams, infographics).
- Maintain and evolve template libraries, icon sets, and style guides in collaboration with senior designer.
- RFP & Proposal Design Support: Assist with layout, formatting, and visual storytelling across proposal components (covers, executive summaries, appendices).
- Prepare graphics, tables, and exhibits; ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Support version control and file hygiene; follow naming conventions and documentation standards.
- Brand & Quality Assurance: Ensure all materials adhere to brand identity and accessibility best practices.
- Conduct pre-delivery checks (links, fonts, alignment, contrast, proofreading in partnership with content).
- Proactively flag risks and suggest improvements to elevate design quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with insights, content, and sales teams; participate in stand-ups and intake reviews.
- Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable design iterations.
- Share tips and micro-templates to upskill teammates on visual communication.
- Operations & Content Management: Organize project files in SharePoint/OneDrive; uphold metadata and folder structures.
- Track requests and turnaround times; maintain a simple dashboard of throughput and reuse.
- Help manage the enablement toolkit and design repository.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or sales enablement support.
- Portfolio demonstrating clean layout, strong typography, and data visualization skills.
- Strong PowerPoint skills; working knowledge of Word and Excel for tables and data.
- Detail orientation, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfort collaborating in Microsoft Teams and managing files in SharePoint/OneDrive.
- Bonus: exposure to MSD email template creation, and basic understanding of RFP processes.
