Job Details
Create a communication strategy and execute casino promotions/campaigns.
Basic user segmentation.
Implement new chains and optimize the current ones.
Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, and operations team.
Grow CRM and Retention metrics.
Carry out ad-hoc project tasks according to business needs.
Prepare work results reports.
Work experience in the field of gamification, gaming technology, or related fields is a plus (preferably 6 months to 1 year).
Experience with game mechanics, game scenarios, and gamification solutions is an advantage (e.g., implementing points, levels, leaderboards, rewards).
Work with CRM (analytical tools, promotions, email marketing) is also an asset.
Knowledge of tools for analyzing user behavior is beneficial (e. g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Fluency in English is required to read technical documentation and collaborate with international colleagues.
