Job Details
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, the marketing and events coordinator supports business performance and brand exposure. This junior role focuses on event promotion, lead distribution, and sales enablement in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Routing: Manage post-webinar leads, segment, and route to sales. Track follow-up actions.
- Sales Enablement Kits: Create materials (decks, talking points, FAQs, templates). Collaborate with sales.
- Campaign & Events/Webinar Administration: Plan and execute webinars, coordinate logistics for events, maintain timelines, and support campaign execution.
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Track lead volumes, follow-ups, identify process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years' experience in marketing, sales support, or admin roles.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Excel/Sheets.
- Creative multimedia design skills (Canva).
- Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Wordpress or Umbraco preferred.
