Full-Time Junior Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing strategy aligned with go-to-market plans, goals, and objectives.
• Build brand awareness, manage brand, and maintain corporate identity.
• Generate leads through virtual/onsite events, campaigns, and digital marketing (direct to market/partners).
• Proactive PR: Prepare and distribute media releases, generate positive media coverage (customer wins, thought leadership).
• Provide local research & marketing intelligence to boost sales (competitor, industry info).
• Manage website and digital marketing platforms/campaigns (search engine marketing).
• Scrutinize campaign results, conduct post-event analysis & reporting.
• Localize and execute global/regional campaigns (where relevant).
• Support team members in marketing & business development (matrix structure).
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reports.
• Lead thought leadership webinars, and manage internal marketing campaigns.
• Create customer case studies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within enterprise software sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and navigate a matrix organization.
• Skilled relationship builder, team player, influencer/partner with internal/external stakeholders.
• Tactful, discreet, sense of humor.
• Resourceful, reliable solution finder/handler of complex situations.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; business-level English, and appropriate local language.
