Job Details
This role supports the Online Training team. It involves designing and developing digital media assets for online training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of digital media assets (video, 3D modeling, animation, gamification).
- Support Online Training Manager and global team.
- Ensure training aligns with global standards and policies.
- Design UI and UX for digital learning content.
- Develop immersive multimedia solutions for digital training.
- Design multimedia content from concept to delivery.
- UI/UX design for learning platforms and digital content.
- Work with film creation, editing, 3D modeling, and animation.
- Use gaming engines (Unity, Unreal) for gamification (desirable).
- Create assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and 3D packages (Blender).
- Quality assurance of training outputs (storyboards, Alpha reviews).
- Develop learning content using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline).
- Deliver projects on time and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts.
- Deliver simple and well-defined projects.
- Raise risks related to multimedia development.
- Support continuous improvement of digital training policy.
- Support relationships with key stakeholders.
Education:
Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or Learning Design (preferable).
Essential Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with video creation, editing, 3D modeling, animation, and gamification.
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- 3D packages (Blender).
- Design principles and media development.
- Experience creating multimedia content for knowledge transfer.
Desirable Technical Skills:
- Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Articulate e-learning tools.
- Basic coding skills.
- SCORM/CMI5 formats.
- Copywriting.
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- International team collaboration.
- Independent work with minimal supervision.
