Full-Time Junior Performance Marketing Manager

Learn to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Google, Bing, and Meta.

Analyze data with in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and work closely with your team to scale campaigns.

Monitor and challenge ongoing campaigns daily to meet targets and gain deep knowledge of online marketing channels.

Support budget management for your market's channels, contributing to business growth in Google, Bing, and Meta Ads.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning, advertising materials, reporting, and optimization.

You have first experience and a high interest in Paid Online Marketing.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a structured mindset to manage multiple campaign and project aspects in a fast-paced environment.

Possess analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

First knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.

Highly motivated to grow and learn in performance marketing, constantly testing new ideas and challenging the status quo.

Business fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a plus.
