About The RoleYou’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, leveraging technology to create personalized customer journeys. This role is critical in managing customer lifecycle programs and optimizing our MarTech stack, including Klaviyo, to drive customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the MarTech stack (e.g., Klaviyo CRM, analytics tools) for data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns to drive retention.
- Develop dynamic customer segmentation strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for maximum impact.
- Continuously analyze and improve customer journeys.
- Build advanced reporting dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Act as a central point of contact between teams.
- Manage relationships with vendors.
Requirements
- 5+ years in MarTech, CRM management, or similar role, preferably in consumer tech, SaaS, or telco.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, CRM, analytics tools, and automation.
- Proven ability to use data to drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and retention strategies.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
