Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing the company's knowledge base systems.
Ensures information is accurate, accessible, and well-organized by developing and updating documentation, managing content within the platform, and implementing best practices for knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging, clear, user-friendly content, incorporating SEO techniques to enhance visibility.
- Update and refine existing website content for accuracy and relevance.
- Manage the migration of updated technical literature, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Edit and proofread new content to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
- Stay current with industry trends in content design and technology.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in organizing, managing, and retrieving information efficiently.
- Ability to research, develop, and deliver training materials.
- Quickly comprehends complex technical concepts and translates them into accessible content.
- Proficient in creating user-focused instructional materials (manuals, guides).
- Strong attention to design, composition, and brand standards for documentation.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software.
- Works independently while collaborating effectively with employees.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a similar role.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, KCS, KM, PMP, etc.).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Salary: $55,000 USD - $88,000 USD (annual).
