The Role: We are seeking a seasoned Head of Content Marketing & Social Media to define and drive our content and engagement strategy across digital platforms. This role is crucial for crafting compelling narratives, building an engaged online community, and strengthening Kueski's brand presence in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Kueski's content marketing and social media strategy.
- Own the content calendar for consistent strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Lead ideation and production of high-quality content (blogs, videos, social posts, influencer collaborations, etc.).
- Manage community engagement and responsive interactions.
- Analyze performance data and social trends to optimize content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Build and manage relationships with influencers and media partners.
- Develop and optimize lifecycle content strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience leading content and social media strategies, ideally within fintech.
- Deep understanding of digital storytelling and platform best practices.
- Expertise in community management and engagement.
- Experience collaborating with influencers.
- Data-driven mindset and experience using analytics tools.
- Proficiency in content marketing, SEO, video storytelling, and social listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading teams.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
