We’re seeking a hands-on, mid-level content marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work under the direction of leadership and in collaboration with analysts, product managers, and the central design team to drive marketing efforts for M3MI and MAC’s growing portfolio.
You’ll be a self-motivated content creator who understands how to translate complex market research and advertising data into compelling, actionable marketing assets tailored for B2B audiences.
- Product Marketing Support
- Develop targeted, offer-specific marketing campaigns for new and existing services.
- Create and refresh product one-pagers, brochures, and other supporting collateral.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand offerings and craft compelling positioning.
- Sales Enablement
- Update and develop capabilities decks, sales presentations, and proposal templates.
- Create tools and materials that help client-facing teams communicate value propositions effectively.
- Content & Social Media Marketing
- Write LinkedIn posts, short-form blog content, and web copy highlighting M3MI studies and ad intelligence insights.
- Assist with thought leadership articles for M3’s owned channels and industry publications.
- Support the creation of presentation content for speaking engagements and industry events.
- Email & CRM Marketing
- Build and execute B2B email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Segment and target key audiences with relevant offers and messages to drive lead generation.
- Maintain campaign data and report on performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the central design team, data analysts, and other marketing teams across M3.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and alignment with broader corporate initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field of study.
- 3+ years professional work experience, preferably involved in primary market research or advertising/media data either as a user or provider of such data
- 3+ years of experience in B2B content or product marketing.
- Proven ability to write and develop content for technical, data-driven services.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar email/CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media strategies.
- Comfortable translating data insights into client-facing marketing stories.
- Excellent project management skills — organized, self-managing, and deadline-driven.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, market research, or advertising a plus, but not required.
- Collaborative and adaptable — excited to work across teams in a matrixed environment.
