Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and discreet Lead Accountant to join our elite team. This hybrid role focuses on financial stewardship, international compliance, and client advisory. The successful candidate will manage financial activities and act as the financial fiduciary for a client portfolio, ensuring cross-border financial needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all internal financial operations, including P&L, forecasting, and cash flow under IFRS standards.
- Lead the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements for multi-jurisdictional entities.
- Ensure adherence to international tax compliance and manage regulatory relationships.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls, processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the trusted financial advisor for the company, managing complex transactions.
- Provide expert guidance on the financial implications of international trade deals and logistics structures.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive client transactions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in international corporate finance or a similar fiduciary environment.
- CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional designation is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Expertise with advanced ERP systems and financial modeling.
- Knowledge of cross-border taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to exercise Fiduciary Discretion.
- Skills in Client Trust-Building and communication.
- Track record of success in Complex Problem Synthesis under pressure.
