• Provide mentorship and guidance.
• Plan development and assign tasks.
• Ensure assets meet technical requirements.
• Provide feedback and solve problems creatively.
• Collaborate on efficient workflows.
• Bug fixing and R&D.
• Create world geometry in Unreal Engine.
• Conduct performance reviews and recruitment.
• Onboard new hires.

• Work with Producers, Level Designers, Concept Artists, Technical Artists, and Lighting teams.

• 10+ years of experience in environment asset creation.
• AAA shipped title credits as Environment Artist.
• Passion for mentoring.
• Training in modern leadership techniques.
• Experience with 3D modeling, high poly sculpting, and texture painting software.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Substance Painter proficiency.
• Understanding of color theory and PBR lighting.
• Ability to balance art quality and performance.
• Mastery of modular workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Team player attitude.

• Traditional art skills and basic graphic design skills.
• Environment modeling skills.
• Visual scripting skills.
