CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Lead PCG/Tools Engineer for Cyberpunk 2 in Boston. You will lead the Orion Team, developing procedural tools for designers and artists.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop direct reports.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers.
- Guide the team in building and enhancing PCG tools within Unreal Engine.
- Ensure tooling pipeline efficiency.
- Research PCG trends and Unreal Engine advancements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Write optimized, high-quality code.
- 7+ years of programming experience in the games industry.
- Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine.
- Experience with current-gen console hardware.
- Deep understanding of geometric algorithms and data structures.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management and tool development experience.
- Unreal Engine and PCG experience.
- Houdini experience.
- Performance/memory optimization experience.
- Experience developing with XBox and PlayStation.
