• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience in people management
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Experience building clarity.
• Experience balancing goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience with user research methods and using data to lead design decisions.
• Experience with design systems.

• Experience designing products for underserved populations.
• Background in launching subscription-based consumer tools.
• Familiarity with growth design methodologies.
• Experience working in compliance-sensitive environments.
