Full-Time Lead Regional Maintenance Specialist

Location: Must be located on the East Coast or towards the Western US. Travel: Up to 50%. Shift: Full-time. Salary: $110,000-$130,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities: Supporting maintenance teams and processes at Domino's Supply Chain Centers. Developing and sustaining standard maintenance procedures, documentation, and tools. Evaluating the center's maintenance programs, assisting in planning repair, installation, and upkeep activities. Evaluating mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. Partnering with key stakeholders (Procurement, Quality, Safety, IT, Finance). Interacting and coordinating with Region VP's, Site Directors, Operations, and Maintenance Team Leaders.

1. Executing and maintaining preventative maintenance systems and processes.
2. Updating, maintaining, and generating reports from CMMS.
3. Guiding efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment.
4. Managing critical spare parts lists.
5. Evaluating the cost structure of regional spare parts programs.
6. Partnering with engineering to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment installations.
7. Participating in the development of design and installation specifications, commissioning plans, and inspection criteria.
8. Participating in the final validation of new installations (including factory and site acceptance testing).
9. Participating in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment, spare parts, and technical service providers.
10. Performing and supporting local teams in Root Cause Analysis.
11. Partnering with Supply Chain Centers and WRC to perform analyses of assets and action plans to improve asset & labor utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and remaining useful life.
12. 5-year capital planning.
13. Vendor management.
14. Critical spare parts inventory management.
15. Providing technical support to Supply Chain Centers.
16. Applying value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
17. Supporting the execution of the Maintenance training plan.
18. Leading periodic Supply Chain Maintenance reviews & meetings.
19. Participating in R&M spend optimization initiatives with OEM and 3rd party suppliers.
20. Defining, reporting, and developing action plans for target performance for goals and equipment service providers.
21. Providing input and review for service level agreements (SLA) and scopes of work with outside vendors.
22. Supply Chain Center Assessment visits.
23. Leading and/or supporting Engineering or other functional projects, as necessary.
24. Developing vendor relationships.
