Job Details
Main tasks:Support affiliates by interpreting BRCGS certification requirements.Manage data and documentation in the BRCGS system accurately.Review and approve certificates before release to clients.Assign and set up site codes for new clients.Monitor affiliate performance and submit monthly reports.Ensure compliance with procedures and scheme standards.Provide training and admin support as needed.Follow all health, safety, integrity, and diversity policies.
This role is ideal if you have:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proficient in MS 365; comfortable working with large and complex databases
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Numerate and detail-oriented
- Open to learning and adaptable to change; proactive in self-development
- Proven ability to work independently and manage/prioritise own workload
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to have:
- Experience or educational background in the food industry
- Familiarity with BRCGS standards or similar certification schemes
