Full-Time Supply and Demand Planning Specialist

• Managing inventory flow by coordinating deliveries and monitoring stock movements.
• Collaborating with logistics providers.
• Ensuring orders are processed within SLA.
• Monitoring PO inbound completion and customer returns.
• Handling disputes related to missing parcels or failed deliveries.
• Tracking and reporting operational KPIs.
• Managing 3PL performance.
• Expediting deliveries between seller center and Synagie systems.
• Identifying operational issues and proposing improvements.
• Maintaining communication with Customer Service, BD, Finance, Tech, and 3PL partners.
• Supporting process improvement and business innovation initiatives.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in supply and demand planning or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of forecasting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in multinational businesses in the APAC region is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
