Job Details
We are recruiting a Merchandising Specialist responsible for ensuring the creation, maintenance, and updating of in-store display solutions.
- Be the national point of contact for Merchandising.
- Develop, update, and optimize planograms for all stores.
- Review planograms according to the in & out cycle.
- Ensure correct parameterization of items in space management software.
- Define display principles and rules for their categories.
- Prepare recommendations for commercial, promotional, and seasonal campaigns.
- Train store commercial operations teams.
- Participate in range reviews and oversee in-store implementation.
- Act as the operational link between Offer, Supply, and Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, Architecture, or a similar field (preferred).
- Solid experience in visual merchandising, store planning, trade marketing, or category management.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising/planogram tools.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- AutoCAD skills (preferred).
- Experience in multinational environments.
- Strong process data and operational discipline orientation.
- Strong cross-functional influencing skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
