The European Product Management & Sustainability Director will oversee a department refining the product portfolio, assessing new products, and supporting sales growth. This role involves developing a portfolio strategy based on market analysis, identifying strategic gaps, and managing a commercial sustainability capability.

- NPD Driven Growth: Assess new product opportunities.
- Commercial Sustainability: Establish O-I as a sustainability advisor.
- Team Management: Coach a high-performing team.
- Market Intelligence: Scan the market for trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Performance Management: Set KPIs and monitor progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial/Economic/Engineering (MBA desired).
- Deep business knowledge and a solution-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and change management skills.
- Experience in developing product strategies with commercial success and sustainability outcomes.
- Senior leadership experience in product management or sustainability.
- Experience managing complex product portfolios.
- Understanding of sustainability frameworks and European regulations.
- 10+ years in a Senior Business leadership/Product Management role within the packaging sector.
