European Supply Chain Project Management Office Leader Remote, Europe.
We are looking for candidates with specific experience in:
- Managing multi-million euro supply chain transformation projects
- Senior-level PMO or strategic project leadership experience in manufacturing/distribution environments
- History in supply chain restructuring projects such as manufacturing footprint optimization, distribution network redesign, or large-scale process transformation
Come and help us transform European supply chain excellence as our European Supply Chain Project Management Office Leader. Working directly with the EU Integrated Supply Chain Leader, you'll establish and manage multiple strategic projects that reshape manufacturing and distribution across Europe. You will drive multi-million euro initiatives ranging from business process optimization to large-scale supply chain restructuring, delivering measurable impact across our entire European organization. This remote leadership role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions. You will lead the next generation of supply chain innovation from manufacturing footprint optimization to distribution network transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional leaders to develop strategic rationale and recommendations on changes to ensure success of the business plans. Changes could include manufacturing footprint, distribution network, processes, resource allocation, etc
- Lead approved Supply Chain strategic projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery.
- Plan and coordinate programmatic work plans to align with budgets and timeline
- Oversee project team activities
- Manage the project change control process, including communicating changes
- Identify and assess issues or risks, reporting them to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate reports for Global stakeholders
- Ensure successful completion of all projects, driving integration between manufacturing, logistics, and quality functions
Key Characteristics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and supply chain process initiatives, with both short-term and long-term goals
- Strong ability leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and achieving common goals. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience with multi-million engineering projects is a plus.
- Process oriented mindset, inclined to optimize business flows.
Education & Experience
- Solid related project management experience in European manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Experience working across multiple EU countries and understanding of regional business practices
