Job Details
Location: This is a remote position, with travel requirements of up to 50%. For optimal support and accessibility, it is recommended that applicants reside within 30 miles of a supply chain center.
Shift: Full-time; Salary: $110,000-$130,000 plus bonus
Job Summary: This position supports maintenance teams and processes at Domino's Supply Chain Centers. Develop and maintain standard maintenance procedures, documentation, and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain preventive maintenance systems and processes
- Update, maintain, and generate CMMS reports
- Ensure equipment reliability and maintainability
- Manage critical spare parts lists
- Partner with engineering on new equipment installations
- Participate in the development of design specifications, commissioning plans, and inspections
- Support Root Cause Analysis
- Partner with Supply Chain Centers to improve asset and labor utilization, overall equipment effectiveness, and remaining useful life
- Provide technical support
- Support the execution of the Maintenance training plan
- Lead periodic Supply Chain Maintenance reviews & meetings
- Participate in R&M spend optimization initiatives
- Define, report, and develop action plans for equipment service providers
- Provide input and review for service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors
- Lead and/or support engineering or other functional projects, as necessary
- Develop vendor relationships
- Support Supply Chain Center Assessment visits
- Partner with Procurement for vendor management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil)
- 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing or Engineering
- Experience in maintenance or food safety (preferred)
- Experience implementing large-scale projects with remote stakeholders
- Experience managing contractors and vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of engineering principles (certifications a plus)
- Knowledge of state and local regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project) and CMMS or ERP
Additional information: AutoCAD, Revit, or similar program is a plus.
