Full-Time Demand Planning Manager

Lume is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to join our team!

About the Role:

The role will focus on Retail forecasting and process installation across channels. Collaborating with Commercial, Analytics, Operations, and Finance teams is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly demand planning process for Lume & Mando Retail Channels
• Be the expert on business drivers; run monthly cross-functional meetings
• Produce accurate demand forecasts; analyze key drivers
• Collaborate with teams to determine implications of forecasts
• Develop root cause analysis and forward actions for forecasting issues
• Standardize forecasting tools
• Support scenario planning
• Manage projects to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency
• Develop content for demand reviews and executive business review meetings
• Continuously improve forecasting; provide insight on best practices
• Measure and report key accuracy metrics
• Become an expert in Demand Planning
• Work cross-functionally with different levels of the organization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams
• Work on annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting processes
• Work with FP&A, Strategy, and Operations teams
• Have significant exposure to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in direct-to-consumer businesses is a plus
• Experience with demand planning and ERP software (Blue Yonder preferred)
• Experience with S&OP or IBP is a plus
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong work ethic
