Full-Time Lead UX/Product Designer

Complexio's Foundational AI automates business activities by ingesting data (structured & unstructured) to understand human interaction. Automation replicates and improves actions independently.

Role: Drive short-term UX excellence and long-term product development.

1. Supporting Use Case Pods:

   • Deliver high-quality user journeys, experiences, graphics, and designs.
   • Align user experience across all use cases.
   • Advocate for consistent, user-centric design.

2. Strategic Product Design:

   • Conceptualise future product ideas.
   • Gather input from stakeholders (Product Manager, R&D, Market Research).
   • Build & maintain product idea catalogue.
   • Refine ideas through gates & decisions.
   • Partner with founders to evaluate, prioritise, & advance concepts.
   • Link ideas to R&D initiatives and create tangible products.
   • Bridge innovation and execution; ideas actionable & aligned with Complexio's vision.

Requirements:

• Senior profile with experience in UX/UI design, product design, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, strong listening ability, and inspiration from diverse sources.
• Positive mindset, energetic, and inspiring team motivation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead & develop a UX/UI team.
• Foster collaboration and alignment with company goals.
