Accurate Background is seeking a Senior / Lead UX/UI Designer to bring human-centered design into the core of how we build products.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end design: Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Champion user research: Conduct interviews, build prototypes, and usability testing.
- Establish standards: Build and maintain a design system.
- Shape process: Integrate UX into our product development lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor: Provide guidance to a junior UX/UI designer.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience building design systems and setting UX/UI standards.
- Ability to deliver data-informed web and mobile experience.
- Experience operating independently in complex organizations.
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools.
- Prior experience managing designers is strongly preferred.
