Full-Time Learning Experience Designer

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze training needs and determine learning objectives.
• Design and develop scalable learning across multiple formats (e.g., live virtual sessions, on-demand modules, microlearning, videos, gamified experiences).
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning science principles to create cohesive learning paths.
• Define clear success metrics for engagement, impact, and effectiveness.
• Lead projects independently, managing timelines and risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum design, health care management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience designing progressive learning solutions.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience designing for diverse delivery environments.
• Strong video editing experience and e-learning authoring tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360.
