Role Overview
We’re launching Abe Agency, a specialized social media advertising consultancy focused on B2B clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead Social Media accounts
- Direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors and partners
- Build strategies for clients quarterly
- Create, maintain, and optimize paid media budgets
- Understand client positioning and value propositions
- Confirm lead routing in CRM
- Work with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns (ad copywriting, TAM development, targeting)
Skills and Experience
- Required: 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency (B2B experience a plus)
- Required: Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Required: Understanding of different LinkedIn ad units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.)
- Required: Proficiency in platforms/tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense
- Required: Strong understanding of Paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization)
- Required: Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel
- Required: Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title
- Required: Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Required: Ability to translate strategy and tell stories with data
- Required: Quality-obsessed, ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple projects
- Required: Travel to visit clients annually (approx. once per client)

- Effectively manage 5 mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet/exceed department KPIs (client growth, goal attainment)
- Build strong client relationships for renewals
