Full-Time Loyalty Program Marketing Manager

• Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and roadmap for our global Rewards Program.
• Create detailed campaign plans with budget allocation and promotion timelines.
• Design and implement multi-channel strategies across email, digital, and in-location touchpoints.
• Leverage customer data to deliver personalized communications, offers, and benefits.
• Manage loyalty campaigns from concept to execution, including briefing, targeting, deployment, and post-campaign performance reviews.
• Define, track, and report on key KPIs such as member growth, churn, engagement, and campaign ROI.

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing with at least 3 years focused on Rewards Programs, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Results: Proven track record of driving measurable results through strategic marketing campaigns.
• Data Skills: Confident working with customer data and turning insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Tools/Systems: Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Comarch) and marketing automation tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Ideally experience in the travel, hospitality, or rental industry.
• Soft Skills: Customer-obsessed, highly collaborative, and an excellent communicator.
