Full-Time Manager - Creative Solutions

The Manager - Creative Solutions is a strategic and solutions-focused member of the GO Creative's Global Support Operations team. This pivotal role acts as a bridge between client opportunities and innovative, tailored creative solutions.

Responsibilities

1. RFP and Proposal Leadership:
   • Own the solutioning for RFPs with creative components, including team structures, locations, workflows, and pricing.
   • Draft RFP content, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive responses.
   • Lead complex GBS RFP/RFI responses, including:
     • Creating initial RFP summaries
     • Identifying and engaging stakeholders
     • Coordinating legal review of documents
     • Organizing and leading kickoff and follow-up calls
     • Utilizing tools like Responsive to adapt and refine content
     • Collaborating with the Pricing team on financial models
2. Mentorship and Team Development:
   • Mentor junior Solutions Architects (SAs) to build their strategic capabilities
   • Develop team members for more strategic roles and provide support for performance improvement within the team
3. Client Engagement:
   • Assist in client pitches, emphasizing trust-building and leveraging existing relationships with national representatives.
4. Strategic Focus:
   • Focus on creating forward-thinking solutions for prospective clients and enhancing service offerings.
5. Content Management and Validation:
   • Assist in reviewing and adapting existing content within to align with new strategies.
   • Ensure sales tools and documents are up-to-date and relevant.
6. Collaboration with Implementation Teams:
   • Establish regular check-ins with implementation teams to refine or adapt solutions based on feedback.
7. Growth and Learning Opportunities:
   • Develop subject matter expertise in services provided by Precision Dialogue and Valassis.
   • Build knowledge in website development, UI/UX design, SEO/SEM, and social media to reduce dependencies on other teams.
   • Learn and integrate Creative Production expertise into the team’s capabilities.
   • Manage the U.S.-based Solutions Architect team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a discipline related to functional work is preferred.
• 7 years experience in creative project management and/or creative solutions development preferred.
• Proven experience in building complex creative solutions.
• Strong mentorship and team development abilities.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in creative solutions, pricing models, and process optimization.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building capabilities.
