About the Role: As the Manager, Data & Impact, you will utilize your data expertise to measure and narrate All Raise's impact. You'll help teams track, analyze, and report data to assess performance, create and manage software integrations, and ensure data accessibility.
Responsibilities:
- Translate data analysis into strategic actions for All Raise.
- Develop a user-friendly data system providing team access to reliable data.
- Solve business problems using data-powered tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier).
- Ensure data integrity and quality.
- Gather data for teams, and/or establish processes for independent data collection.
- Train the team on data capture best practices.
- Maintain consistency across data tools.
- Integrate event tools with Salesforce for contact and engagement data.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to collect and analyze data, informing program development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in data/analytics.
- Strong understanding of CRM (especially Salesforce), data management, and integrations.
- Proven ability to design and implement processes, and facilitate user adoption.
- Experience in business analytics, SQL, and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong data modeling skills.
- Opinionated about how All Raise can demonstrate impact.
- Strong communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful.
- Experienced in startups, tech, and/or venture capital (preferred).
