We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Field Marketing to join our team in Bloomington, United States. As an individual contributor in this role, you will be responsible for providing marketing leadership and counsel to franchisees, territory operators, advertising agencies, vendors, and internal teammates.
Key Accountabilities Include:
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with new store openings as required. Other duties as assigned.

- Marketing Planning Leadership: Drive sales growth through communication and implementation of tactics in assigned markets. Establish and manage the marketing budget and media plans.
- Program Development & Execution: Generate tools for local efforts to extend national promotions. Develop and execute local programs aimed at sales growth.
- Communications/Collaboration: Plan, produce and execute communications with franchisees and franchise leaders. Provide business and financial analysis of key initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with new store openings as required. Other duties as assigned.
