Full-Time Manager, Growth Marketing

• Own the strategy and planning of multi-channel integrated campaigns
• Prototype and launch AI-driven workflows
• Use customer data and product insights to refine lifecycle strategies
• Build and maintain internal tools and automations
• Partner cross-functionally to identify and execute new growth experiments
• Manage the full channel mix to deliver cohesive, automated experiences
• Support and consult on reporting infrastructure
• Lead, mentor, and support a talented team of marketers
• Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and LLMs

• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Lifecycle, or Growth role
• Leadership that inspires and empowers
• A track record of owning and implementing complex marketing communications programs
• A knack for connecting systems and data tools
• Strong analytical mindset
• Creativity, clear communication, and hands-on building expertise
• Collaborative by nature
• Hands-on experience with data lakes, marketing automation platforms, LLMs, workflow automation, and CRM platforms

• Experience working with Snowflake or Snowflake data
• Skills in HTML, Python, or SQL
• Experience with AppCues or other in-product marketing tools
• Experience building or partnering with GTM Ops or GTM Engineering
• Knowledge of restaurant operations
• Product-led Led Growth (PLG) experience
