About the Role:
The Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations to optimize technology, processes, and strategies. You'll partner with Demand Generation and RevOps teams, streamlining operations, enhancing marketing performance, and ensuring seamless campaign execution across channels.
- Implement and oversee marketing automation systems (ensuring personalization, lead scoring, and funnel engagement)
- Optimize lead scoring and data management (developing models to prioritize quality leads and optimize routing, working with sales and data teams for data quality and segmentation)
- Maintain data integrity and compliance (ensuring accuracy and GDPR/CCPA compliance, managing data hygiene)
- Develop processes for marketing analytics and reporting (establishing frameworks, tracking key metrics, and enabling data-driven decision-making)
- Manage marketing systems and workflow optimizations (assessing and improving workflows for enhanced efficiency and scalability)

Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Up to 10-15% travel for quarterly gatherings, team offsites, customer meetings, and industry events
Compensation:
US base salary: $133,000 - $153,000 per year, plus bonus ($19,000 - $22,000), additional end-of-year performance bonus, commissions, equity, and comprehensive benefits (medical, financial, etc.). Non-US compensation adjusted based on cost of living.
