Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all statutory financial reporting for the organization
- Establish, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in line with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, Regulatory).
- Ensure strong internal controls are in place and maintained across all reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting.
- Lead or supervisory/management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA certification.
- Experience in healthcare insurance.
- Statutory reporting experience.
- Expertise in process improvement.
