Full-Time Manager, Payroll & People Services

Position Purpose: To lead the delivery of Payroll & People Services across Aspect. Responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle, from hire and onboarding through cessation, emphasizing a seamless employee experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work collaboratively with leadership to implement PCS Business Plan objectives.
• Oversee services related to the employee lifecycle.
• Provide information and advice to managers.
• Lead the implementation of Aspect’s remuneration strategy.

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in payroll, HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in a Payroll Manager role in a medium to large business.
• Experience interpreting employment/industrial frameworks.
• Aurion experience (desirable).
• Strong data literacy, analysis, and report development skills.
• Customer centric approach.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of payroll and people processes and systems.
